We had Terra out today for a concern with our hot water heater. She did an excellent job assessing the issue, and suggesting some solutions, rather than just saying we needed to replace the unit. We had several companies out, and Rex (and Terra) were the one to suggest a valid fix rather than replacing the unit for thousands of dollars. Terra showed up, said she would investigate some solutions, and actually came back with another technician to assess and see what can be done. Top notch customer service! I was beyond impressed. This is the 2nd time we have used Rex's Plumbing and Heating, and have been extremely pleased with their service, quality of work, and price. They are definitely competitively priced, and provide great service. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your next need!

Adding a second Rex’s experience review Feb 25, 2025- Terra did a great job of repairing a dripping shower for us. She adjusted the house water pressure to make sure the rest of the plumbing was safe. Her work is so thought out and on the ball - clean, on schedule - just excellent. We are Really Happy with Rex’s. First review from Jan 2025 -Tyler did an excellent job of installing a kitchen faucet for us. He arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window. He took extra time and attention to care for our house (floor, cabinets, counters) - like you would not have known he was here if there wasn’t a new faucet😊I am really happy to have finally found our forever plumbing & heating company.

What a great service provider!! I was out of state when a friend accidentally left my garage door open overnight in sub-zero weather: frozen pipes. Yikes!! From the very first SOS call, I knew I was in good hands. I was given solid advice to mitigate damage, assured that a knowledgeable technician would be there asap, and -as promised -Tyler arrived promptly, assessed and repaired the damage, and was professional and personable. If you want service, you HAVE to call Rex's Plumbing & Heating! We had a small problem, leaky tub faucet. I called Rex's at 9:30 a.m., the technician, Ms. Terra Griffith was at the doorstep within 2 hours of my call! We live in a mobile home, and this makes things a bit more challenging to locate parts! Not for Terra! She lept into action, located and secured said parts, returned and had the job wrapped up, all in less than a 2 hour time frame! Impressive! Ms. Terra was pleasant from the beginning to the end! A true professional, and she didn't shy away from our modest, yet difficult challenge! Last, but not least, for an older gal, on a fixed income, I was concerned with the cost. The price I was quoted, prior to the work starting, was actually affordable, and well within reason! We had three drai traps and two faucets installed. Jose was assigned to the job. He arrived on-time, was very pleasant and got to work right away. When finished he cleaned up and took away all the old parts and pieces. Everything works well and looks nice. It was particularly nice to work with Jose. He is an affable character and a great plumber.

While I do a lot of minor plumbing around the house, I decided to hire a professional when it was time to install a toilet. I'm glad that I contacted Rex's. Their dispatcher answered quickly and answered all my questions with patience and a pleasant attitude. The plumber, Jose, was on time and was courteous and professional. He finished the job at hand with expedience and made sure that I was satisfied with the result. I would not hesitate to contact Rex's for any future plumbing needs.

I’ve used Rex’s plumbing twice for my business in the past week (for different purposes) and they were amazing each time. Tyler did such a thorough consultation and estimate. I knew exactly what the plan was and there wasn’t any surprises. He was very professional and kind. Tyler and Jose ended up doing both of the jobs I needed done and they did a great job! They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop about everything. They were both so kind and helpful. I’m incredibly impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Technician was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She did a great job!! Second time I have had work done by Terra and would recommend her to anyone who wants quality work. Thanks again
